Bob Leach has served as the Director of Operations at the Braintree Business Development Center, an Edison Technology Business Incubator in Mansfield, OH since 2007. In his role Bob is the program coordinator of all activities at the incubator. Previously Mr. Leach, spent 11 years as the Facility Manager and Systems Administrator for an Optical Disk and Video Duplication facility in Grove City, OH. Prior to that, Bob spent ten years in management for a large Home Center retailer and four years in the US Navy.

During his time at Video Duplication Services he, was responsible for developing and maintaining the company web site, email and responsible for technical support relating to digital media. In his current position Bob interacts with clients of the incubator developing business processes and commercializing products, this includes support with IT needs and developing internet marketing plans including Social Media. As a speaker, Bob has spoken to many groups ranging from local high school students, local business leaders and women’s group.
